Find answers to common questions about ZUKCLOUD infrastructure. Learn how to connect and configure your physical node, and how to manage orders and billing.

01 Infrastructure & Hardware
Is the machine a dedicated physical server? +
Yes, ZUKCLOUD provides 100% native and fully dedicated bare metal physical nodes. We never use any Hypervisor virtualization layer to slice resources, fundamentally eliminating performance degradation and "noisy neighbor" interference so you always get the most extreme compute experience.
Is bandwidth and IP dedicated? +
All delivered physical nodes include dedicated international backbone bandwidth (1Gbps or 10Gbps depending on the model), and each machine is assigned a dedicated public IP address exclusively yours.
Which data center regions are supported? +
We currently have deployments in Tier-3+ data centers worldwide. Supported regions include: Singapore (SIN), Japan (TYO), Hong Kong (HKG), South Korea (ICN), US East (IAD), and US West (SFO).
What is the "Multi-Mac Link" service? (Thunderbolt 5) +
This is a premium compute value-added service for advanced M4 nodes. If you purchase multiple physical nodes with Thunderbolt 5 interfaces, our on-site data center staff will hardware-link these devices via ultra-fast Thunderbolt cables. This enables ultra-low-latency memory interconnect, ideal for building large local LLM clusters or high-throughput data processing pipelines.
02 Connectivity & Operations
How do I connect using VNC? +
First, retrieve your node's public IP and preset VNC password from the console. For security, we recommend whitelisting your current IP in the console's firewall panel. Once allowed, connect using Mac's built-in Screen Sharing or any VNC client app.
How do I connect using SSH? +
After entering your SSH public key during checkout or in the console settings, the system automatically injects it into the machine. Connect using your private key with ssh -i /path/to/your/key root@YOUR_IP_ADDRESS.
How do I power on / off / restart? +
Log in to your ZUKCLOUD console, select the target device in the left sidebar, and use the power control panel to power on, power off, or restart.
How do I view my device specifications? +
Log in to the console and select the device (Node ID) in the left sidebar. The right main panel will display the chip model (Apple M4 / M4 Pro), core count, total unified memory, and current SSD volume size.
03 Billing & Support
How soon after purchase can I get access? +
After successful payment, the underlying automation takes over. A clean OS flash and IP assignment complete delivery quickly. Delivery time varies by inventory; check the current node status in the console. If status shows PENDING, please wait patiently for a specialist to complete provisioning.
How do I check my order status, expiry date, and renewal records? +
Log in to the console and click > Billing in the left navigation menu. Here you can view complete billing cycles, payment history, and current shipping and renewal status.
How do I contact customer support? +
If you encounter a hardware failure or network routing issue, go to > Support Tickets via the left console menu and click + CREATE TICKET in the upper right to describe your issue. Our technical support team will respond within 1 business day.
